July Fitness Goals

I love making goals.  Being accountable on some level, even if it's only to a couple people that read this blog...really helps me stick to the plan!

Monthly Goals


What is the plan, you ask?  I'm about to tell you!

Goals for July

[ ] Lose 3 pounds.
[ ] Eat salad twice a week.
[ ] Walk 3 times a week.
[ ] Yoga 2 times a week.
[ ] Lift weights 3 times a week.
[ ] Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
[ ] Read The Omni Diet by Tana Amen

  1. Those are some great fitness goals. I need to get myself back on track with the gym and yoga. I felt so much better when I was going regularly.
