Goals for July
[ ] Lose 3 pounds.
[ ] Eat salad twice a week.
[ ] Walk 3 times a week.
[ ] Yoga 2 times a week.
[ ] Lift weights 3 times a week.
[ ] Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
