Yummy Pancake

This is my version of the DUKAN pancake.  It does not follow the rules.

Connie's Breakfast Pancake

1 egg
1.5 tablespoon oat bran
1.5 tablespoon greek yogurt
Dash of Cinnamon
Smidge of Salt

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and pour into a heated pan.  You can make two or three of these but I've found making three the perfect amount.  Turn the pancakes after a couple minutes when you see bubbles forming.

Spread with fruit spread and cottage cheese.
