I'm Sick AGAIN

If I had a hundred dollars for each time I've started an exercise plan AND then got sick.  I'd be RICH!

Hubby came home from WWDC with an illness....and he passed it on to me because we did a lot of *talking* when he got home.  Yeah....we were talking.

I'm hoping that I can convince him to get my feet some new running shoes this weekend so I can start over on Monday.

6 weeks until the Reunion!  UGH!!

Comcast tech should be here any minute to hopefully fix my internet.  It's been rough...

  2. If you are getting sick everytime you start a new routine, you may want to look at why, each time you begin exercising, your immune system seems to be supressed. How are you fueling? Are you getting enough RAW fruits & veggies each day? Enough protein? A good rule of thumb ~ when you are exercising, if you find yourself lethargic and crabby, you aren't getting enough carbs (and by carbs, I don't necessarily mean grains, I mean fresh fruits & veggies). If you find yourself craving sugar and hungry ALL. THE. TIME. you aren't getting enough protein.
    Hope you feel better soon!

  6. If your exercise plan isn't working, trying visiting a chiropractor. Chiropractors prevent a handful of sicknesses through spinal manipulation therapy.

  7. I know how you feel I think the more you exercise the more you get tired and eventually get sick. So I think you should limit your routine to prevent getting sick.

  8. I hope you get better. Just in case you should go see a doctor so that he can check for complications.
