Daily Affirmations

It seems like motivation is the topic of the week. I've read several posts about it and I'm encouraged by the comments I've gotten. Thank you to those of you that have lent support. I'm always amazed how I get what I need, when I need it.

I just saw this on pinterest. I think this should be my new affirmation. I'm going to print it out and put it all over the house.

  2. Oh, that is what I always want to tell my mom! It is SO true. And you don't have to do much..just do it consistently!

  3. I just was stopping by to see what I missed over here.

    I love that pic and statement...I'm not giving up...definitely going to stick with it this time.

    I don't want to look like a beached whale in May. Not that I can make unrealistic changes, but I know that I'll feel better just knowing that I tried my best.

  4. I've finally come to terms with the fact that diet and exercise isn't a sprint to a goal - it's a marathon; one day won't completely mess you up, but you do have to pay attention most days. And you can out-eat any exercise plan on the face of the earth, unfortunately. One day/meal/workout at a time :)
