Stress, Stress Go Away

Round 2, Day 13....15 Days Remaining

Starting Weight:            194 (+3.4 load weight)
Today's Weight
:            188

Yesterday's Weight:     188.4
Released:                        .4 pounds

Week One Released:    2.6 lbs (+3.4 load weight) 6 pounds total
Week Two Released:    3.4 lbs

I didn't lose anything yesterday.  It's bound to happen that the weight slows down and some days you don't lose.  I wasn't hungry at all yesterday and I had to force myself to eat.  That is so bizzarre to me....

I'm stressing out about this new opportunity for my husband and I'm hoping to be able to talk more about it next week.  It's killing me to have to keep it in!!  Things could start moving very quickly and I'm not sure I'm ready.

In the meantime, I've been decluttering and organizing in the event that we do move....somewhere.

  1. Stress can cause havoc on a diet. It's hard to say "don't let it get to you", because under the circumstances I'm sure that's unlikely. This may sound silly, but have you thought about meditating... my husband used to do it all the time and he said it always made him feel better. Just sayin'... I know (first hand) it's kind of hard to do with 2 little kids, so if that doesn't work drink more wine!! j/k - LOL! Seriously though, you've done great!! Keep up the good work! Keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out well on the job front for you guys!!

  2. Laura....I hate it...and there really is nothing I can do about it so I should just let it go. I would give anything for a glass of wine right now!

  6. I can't wait to hear about these job opportunities - hang in there! And I love watching your numbers tick down almost every day :) (BTW - is Calvin still working or did I miss a layoff announcement?)

  7. Calvin is still working. Most of the people he works with should still be on the job until September. However, I don't see Obama changing his mind so we're abandoning this sinking ship.
